[HourBan]
/ebsban playername, time, h, reason (Example: /ebsban ice 4 h Disrespecting). bans player for 4 hours
[DayBan]
/ebsban playername, time, d, reason (Example: /ebsban ice 4 d Disrespecting). bans player for 4 days
