This plugin will remove the grass when the player connects, they also get a little message that says the grass has been removed.
They can also put it back on manually, and take it off again. (/grasson) (/grassoff)
Commands;
/grasshelp (Help)
/grasson (Turns it on)
/grassoff (Turns it off)
Remove the laggy grass!
