Plugin was made with the combination of 3+ plugins including banned
by authors such as dretax, Jackee and spocks
people this plugins bans a players isp locaion
there is a white list all people with moderator flag is automatically whitelisted
another whitelist file called whitelist
it works no hacker has been able to comeback after they have beign banned by it
chat commands are
bl to ban
you can also whitelist if you are owner it logs if player connect and he is banned his id and name is logged to a banned people file inside of the same folder as the plugin so yo can copy that and put it in the whitelist folder
organize it as follows id then playername
wl to whitelist issue is you cannot white list its only when the player is currently online i am working on ways to implement this offline
it doesnt kick the player when you ban him that way you can do /banip but you can enable that if you want just add Player.Disconnect() at the end of the server.broadcast
