Having a problem, it loads the plugin, but no errors spit out, and it does NOT announce anything, ever. Not sure what's going on.

Are you using 1.0.5? 1.0.5 doesn't read cfg files, if you download Mikes build here this plugin should work

Im using latest version mikes plugin. I only use his now. So yes, still not working.
