It happens when I added the latest version of
RustBusterServer 1.8.2

to my server which I use this as my server
Full Server Fougerite1.62B + RustBuster1.71

if you update rustbuster you can download the files and just replace the ones in modules and rust_server_Data

You are probably missing a config option like it says in the error so i would recommend you deleting config files that are located inside the save/rustbuster folder
