as I have seen many players have problem with their game and it is that when they open game,Game stays in a gray screen and nothing happens!
Well, as I know it has 3 Reasons!

1 :For Undetected Reasons Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 Deleted or Spoiled
HOW TO FIX:
1.Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 86x(32x) and Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 64x (password is: www.yasdl.com )
2.Install/Repair both of them
3.Restart Your Computer
4.Done, Problem Fixed, if not, Read Second Solution

2 : You have Used an Unban Tool Wrongly
HOW TO FIX:
1.Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 86x(32x) and Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 64x (password is: www.yasdl.com )
2.Install/Repair both of them
3.Use Unban Tool again
4.Restart Your Computer
5.Done

3 : May You Edited Some Important Game Files or Your Anti Virus Deleted it
HOW TO FIX:
1.Turn Off your Anti Virus/Firewall
2.Reinstall the Game
3.Done

(Issues may be solved pretty much better with the second solution as I have seen)
