Unable to join my own server

Ok, so when i join my server. I'm now getting the following error (see screenshot)

Server is running the latest rustbuster and fougerite.

Its as if it cant load the stock plugins

you must use AuthAllow Plugin in your server!if not,no one can join you server

AuthAllow is on the server. I keep getting the error, the error seems to be the client not able to fetch the servers plugins, as screenshot shows

This doesn't provide us with info.
You didn't give up connection parameters, server logs, client logs...

True I Agree,
there are multiple reasons why you can not join a server or the server do not start up even if done everything alright.
it can be a bad installation, or the update made wrong. 1 small file can make the server share the process of fully running well. It could be a patching not done right. Anything.
Please provide Logs or Output (Both client and Server) so we can see and find out the exact problem.
