Okay so I will say with experience that I have had nothing but crashing issues with Windows Server 2012 R2. Try using Windows Server 2008 R2 and ill almost guarantee it will stop the server from going unresponsive. With the lag problem I will say again that your frequency is not high enough...
CPU Frequency is everything in legacy in my opinion. If you don't have frequency of atleast 3.0 than you're going to run into lag. However that would not cause your server to go unresponsive. What operating system are you using specifically?
@DreTaX Let me know if you guys want to do anything like a custom eac like the "Rust Buster" you're making and or any mod platform :) server has been awesome so far!
Launched a server for this version. Find the directions and download on my website www.icigaming.com if any of the devs want to work with me on this add me on steam :)
@tarynkelley make sure you dont run any servers on windoes 2012 R2. In my experience my server would always go unresponsive. Windows server 2008 R2 is stable. But this is just what happened to me I don't know what you're running.
@DreTaX Well you can always let me know :)... I think i'm going to switch back to you guys soon. Oxide people are so lazy and wont update there builds to protect against server crashers :p
If any developers want to look into supporting the very old version of rust please let me know. I have the game files and even put up a server but it needs major work to prevent cheating and so on. If anybody wants to help me out please let me know :)
@DreTaX Well why not change the actual plugin. If no wall has been broken or door in x amount of seconds but a user is in base autoban? Just some ideas :p
