Servers are openned for public download, so why not to host server on VPS\VDS? For example here - it's even better than GSP, cos u will have full access. And use everything u want) And some VPS plans are even cheaper than GSP's

Updated auto download script - now it downloads Legacy server and has bat file to start Legacy server

I think it should be the same (just change "start steamcmd.exe" on "./steamcmd.sh" and name it start.sh, not start.bat)
