Player Commands:
/vban - Shows the help
/voteban [name] - Starts a vote
/vban yes - Votes for Yes
/vban no - Votes for No
Admin/Moderator Commands:
/vban stop - Stops the current vote (Useful if something went wrong)
/vban rig [yes/no] - Rigs the voting
/vban - Shows the help
