Are you using a batch file to open rust_server.exe?

did you run FOUPATCH.bat in ServerDir/rust_server_Data/Managed?

Your best bet would be to contact them, If its crashing on startup its most likely they didn't patch. Do you have access to output.log? All console will be dumped in that file with errors.

I don't need the money :P Is it self hosted or are you paying someone to host it?

It's possible, I'll have a look :) For now you can change some of the settings, If you have an average of 20~ players online then set min players to 20 or higher, Also set the percentage to maybe 90%.
