Disconnect Ban Problem

Fougerite 1.5.1 1.5.7
My Local Host
For random reasons server starts banning people who disconnects. They won't be able to reconnect again.
It gives error that Failed to connect: Connection Banned.
For some reasons it does that. When players told me that when they disconnect they got banned I tryed to disconnect too and it banned me too. Now I can't even join to my own server I need help realy quick and I will add log files soon got any ideas from now?

1. Can you include the list of plugins you are using?
2. Do you use any plugins customized or modified by anyone?

According to your explanations that failure must come from a plugin that is using OnPlayerDisconnect (), greetings

Yeah! Find what plugin causing this. Advanced Tester. But I think I installed right version fr my server and I need a cool tester plugin. I need help about fixing this otherways I won't be able to test anyone!!! :O

...... The only thing you must to do is install RustBusterAnticheat in your server... All hackers (bye bye). Don't need test, don't need mods, don't need admins, regards.

1. Download RustBusterServer
2. Extract the .zip file in the main folder of your server
3. Search and open the Fougerite.cfg configuration file
4. Add this line in the [Modules] section

RustBuster2016Server = RustBuster2016Server

5. Restart your server and you will have installed and run the best anticheat
