FlagsSystem by ice cold

FlagsSystem aka API was designed to be a Standalone API which allows Developers to add flags to specific things in their plugins.

The plugin also has commands now Which allows server owners to add flags on players using the followed command > /flag_add Player flagname <.

Current commands
You need admin perms or the flag called canflag
/flag_add Player flagname
