cd=7500 // Hehe, this is 7 seconds for the cooldown. It's for making players not to abuse this command. Sending these cmds to player occurs a bit lagg on the server, and a lot to client, so they cant keep abusing it. This is how you calc it (Sadly, you have to give it in mins):
1 = 60 sec
0,5 = 30 secs
0,25 = 15 secs
0.125 = 7secs
0.125 * 1000 * 60 = 7500 in ticks. And this will be 7 secs.
0 = Disable cooldown.
