Connect and disconnect problem

Hello
recently my players have a problem with the rustbuster,
the just connect to the server and while they are loaded they just disconnect.
I just requested the outputlog and rustbuster log from one of them and posted here.

I have a similar problem new server and new client but when I join I get a connection time out and it tells me to download rust buster
