Something must be wrong in your settings, try putting the original files and settings .... In my case this plug-in never gave me an error .... Regards

I think i can fix it if i know:
How I Can Stop Spawning M4 or Bolt Action In Radio Actives and NPC's Bag?
I taste to set
Weight=0
Min=0
Max=0
But Players say M4 and Bolt Action are stay spawning in Rads!
