How I Can Config the ini files to do this:
Never Spawn M4,Bolt Action,MP5A4,Explosive Charge,Shotgun In Any Box(Radio Active & NPC's Bags)
Add Recycle Kit To Radio Active Boxes!

I will check It soon, I didn't really use Drop++.
It's an old Magma plugin from years ago, I might even convert it to py.
