How to install another picture?

First you must know how to decompile the code correctly and make it work in your own project, then you should change some lines of code to put a new image or load it from the Internet, then compile it and you will have it ..... But ... .. If your question is that someone without programming knowledge can change it, the answer is NO! (for the moment) greetings
