Map in rust buster

I was asking about the map in rustbuster, I saw some videos where it shows a map and also peephole among other things. Is this included in the rust buster or do I have to add a plugin?
Do you have to add something to the client, or does the client already prepare rustbuster for that?

You need to load those plugins in your clientplugins which you can find in your server rustbuster folder, and when people join your server "With" the rb client those plugins are getting downloaded into their BUT using big or many rb plugins like i do can cause the kick bug [color red] Failed to connect
