GatherPlus 4.2.3

Fixed Infinite gather.

Say you have your gather rate set to 5 but your inventory is full and you hit it, it will say "Inventory full" but it will double the gather rate. E.g 5, 10, 15, 20.
So without this version you can pretty much get a full inventory of wood in 1 hit.
This version does not stop the doubling of the gather rate but it does stop having the inventory filled with wood in one hit.

E.x: GatherRate is set at 5 and you have a full inventory and you hit a wood pile 20-30 times then make space some it will only give 490 which is how much a wood pile is worth at 5x

Commands should be working again now.

Only /woodrate [number] works for some reason, Just edit the settings.Ini file to change the gatherrate.

Doesn't check the ini file everytime someone gathered.

In this update you can choose the gather rate on each item gathered!
If updating, Just replace the .js file and delete the settings file and reload!

- Added /gatherrate [Number] (Changes gather rate)
- Added /gatherhelp (Shows help)

- added GatherRate instead of Enabled in a line which made the Enable=True line in the Config useless, but could of disabled the plugin by changing GatherRate=2 to GatherRate=False.

- Added an option to disable the gather plugin so you do not have to remove the plugin.
