Fixed some issues

Forgot to completely delete a line, left an "o" of the line causing the error, there shouldn't be any more problems when disconnecting.

No more error when player disconnect

Admins can now check the IP of a player on the server.
New Command:
/ip [NAME]

Players can now view the country of another player.
commands:
/country (Shows all country commands, more to be added)
/country player [NAME] (Finds the country of a player)

Added a ranking for most active player. /time list
