Enable or disable weapon RECOIL effect.

Use console commands:

recoil.on <- disable recoil effect
recoil.off <- enable recoil effect

Attention Administrators apply change...

You MUST check this in your SERVER:

...Save\RustBuster2016Server\Settings apply line bellow:

CheckForWeapons=false

If you DO NOT apply this line: "CheckForWeapons = false", there is a risk that your players will be
banned ... so be careful.
