Yes, ID's and IP's are checked. As long as one of them is correct then they'll be able to join :)

Probably do another timer where a player has godmode till 2 seconds is up after teleporting. Another solution is force players to get a better connection lol

Added a command plus a whitelist

I'd assume not, but anyone (With knowledge) can create their own PHP script on their website and use Fougerite's web API to talk to the PHP script. Server <-> PHP script <-> MySQL

Doesn't really log anything, Only random stuff that are not commands. E.G Test.Test True, blah, blah.blah Inv.give /env.time / sendrate etc aren't logged.

Left out some code in 1.6 for Vkit Advanced / Dkit Basic and Dkit Advanced, Now fixed. Also forgot to test a non admin joining the server in 1.6 (This also broke the DataStore between HomeSystem and DonatorRank), Now also fixed :)
