After the last update still no message for bow kills.

Last version bug : If ShowSuicide=1 normal kills does not appear at all.

Not sure if it's real but it might just be tested for NoFallDamage.

Autoban is set to 1. Still no message in chat or autoban for killing over range with Bow.
