So you are saying there are no logs at the /Save/Logs ? That means you aren't even running Fougerite.

I would also recommend you guys to put server.clienttimeout 5 <- This will make frozen clients timeout in 5 seconds rather than 300 seconds. It will also avoid many errors (self experienced) and also explained by @Jakkee

What do you mean you can't join? If you added your self to the whitelist or you are a mod/admin you are able to join..
