Don't enable wall loot, thats obsolete, and there isn't a hack that would allow It. You disabled enfroce truth, which is the thing that protects you the most, and It was made by facepunch. Leave It enabled..

Yeah. This isnt actually a Fougerite fault. The placer It self is always the first placer of the foundation. Dont ask me why, Garry Newman made It like that. I will see If there is anything I could do to get the actual placer, and not only the owner.

It's fixed in 1.2.8B btw.

I can't help with the Group++ part, but there was nothing i modified on the parts except the datastore saving. Try stopping the server, delete the DS for the last time. Also you might be trying to wipe all the data from the ds while the file doesn't exist? I don't know what's going on at you...
