This feature allow users to create account on server with user and password
and all kills,play time,deaths,money,homes and ... saved on this account
with this feature (if mysql) players can create account on website and connect to server
and players cant change name any time so Hack reduced

Sounds like a good idea,
I like forced name idea.
But things like kills/money/homes probably don't need to be uploaded here.
Maybe Fougerite could have a global bans list that servers fetch/push every X seconds.
Then there's an issue with that, Server owners (Abusing ones) could ban a player for something stupid and then he has to prove he/she didn't do it.
Maybe a 3 strikes and you're out type system. (strikes amount can be changed per server)
