[AHC] Advanced Help Command - Tired of the default /help command ? Get tthis one. Contains more info's about the commands,colored.

More user-friendly colored /help command.

Current commands listed on /help :
- /location
- /starter
- /ping
- /destroy
- /help pm
- /help friends
- /help share
- /help admin [Admin only]
- /help save

Also containing /save command ( Usage of save.all)

Coming soon :
- Add settings into an .ini file
- Adding more commands
- Code Cleanup

Fully Recommended to replace .ini file in order to work fine.

Just skimmed over the code and didn't notice anything wrong, Not sure why its throwing the error you are getting.
Is that the same error you are getting in your output.log?
