CommandRestrict - Plugin that is able to Restrict Chat/Console commands

Description:

A plugin that is currently sort of beta, since It's not perfect due to the Fougerite Global Console command limitations. It will be better soon.
It is able to Globally restrict console commands, chat commands, and chat commands / specific player

Commands:

/restrict playername chatcommand
/unrestrict playername chatcommand

Admins can anyway use console and chat commands? And Mods?

What do you mean?

If Admins and/or Mods bypass automatically this plugin.
For example if I block console command "suicide", Admins and/or Mods can anyway use it?

Because I tried this plugin and I saw that in ini config, suicide is already blocked but I can use it the same but I am Admin in my server, so from here my question.

To be honest I wasn't testing this at all, but I'm starting to fear that suicide is actually a client side command which doesnt actually call the hook at all or something. Hmmmm.
