Connection lost after few minutes

Hello Guys I Have Problem In Rust Buster And Fougerite Server I Am Connection Lost After Few Minutes
Rust Buster Server Have A Internal High Ping Kicker ? I Always Connect To My Server After 2 Minutes My Ping Rise To 450 MS And Then Ping Is Normal 45 ms or 20 ms Can I Fix It In Server Dont Kick ?
Tip: I Dont Have Install Any Plugins For High Ping

But Other Games Have Good Ping Just Rust Legacy Have a Problem And Connection Lost
Even Rust Exp Have Good Ping,There is no way to solve this problem?

Post your Client Rustbuster logs and Output logs,
Also if you have access to the server you are joining (E.G you are the owner)
Post the server Output log and Rustbuster log
