DongViewer - When a player joins the server he/she will automatically be able to see dongs.

Description:
When a player joins the server he/she will automatically be able to see dongs, Players can do /dongs off to turn off dongs if they wish. They can also do /dongs on if they change their mind.

Installation:
- Place into Fougerite folder
- Reload/restart the server
- No files to edit

Commands:
/dongs on (Makes you see dongs)
/dongs off (Makes you unable to see dongs)
