Error when starts the server

Im trying to starter my server with fougerite 1.0.8 but the first run always show this error, some one could help me and tell how to solve it?

Get a fresh Server.

-Find a fresh Assembly-CSharp
-Place that into Rust_Server_Data/Managed
-Download http://fougerite.com/resources/fougerite-patcher.106/
-Place downloaded exe and dll into the same Managed folder
-Run FougeritePatcher.exe and press "0" (Zero) when a new window opens
-Once it says its complete, Close the window
-Done.

i used the patch and still show the same error, i installed fougerite 1.0.8 ;(

My instructions:

1. Reinstall server
2. Run server first time.
3. Download Fougerite 1.0.8
4. Download Patcher (link in Jakkee post)
5. Extract Fougerite 1.0.8 without Assembly-CSharp.dll (rust_server_data/Managed/Assembly-CSharp.dll)
6. Extract Patcher in rust_server_Data/Managed
7: Choose:
7a: Make new file patcher_run.bat, and edit with notepad, write inside:

@echo  | Fougerite.Patcher.exe -1 -2

and run patcher_run.bat

7b: Or just open extracted Patcher and write "0" (enter) (will probably close without any command, or say something. It can't crash. If it crashed and you have no "Fougerite 1.0.8" in server console, it didn't worked. Report it here.)
8. Run Server again.
