Get420Reported++ - Report plugin

Commands:
/report list - List Reports
/report view - View report.
/report delete - Mark and Delete report.
/report deleteall - Delete all
/report "Name" "Reason" - Quote signs (") are required.

It logs all the reports in an ini file and log file.

People can report people for reasons. It makes you a log and moderators/admins get notified. They can also view the tickets, and once they are solved they can be deleted.
