Put them in the Magma folder located by default at: Root/Save/Magma

Okay I also have this same question.

"C:\Modded Rust Legacy\Legacy" is where "appcache" through "vstdlib_s.dll" files are located. Where would I place the Fougerite based plugins?

I tried "C:\Modded Rust Legacy\Legacy\Fougerite" and that didn't work.

The plugins go into Root/Save/Magma

Oh okay, I tried the Magma folder and closed the server out and reopened it. I also did a fougerite.reload and it none of the plugins work in-game. The plugins are also in their own folders under the same name.

Have you touched Fougerite.cfg located at Root/rust_server_Data?

I haven't moved it. Nor edited the file.
Does the console say which plugins are loaded/loading in on a start?
Also if a plugin is called: "AdDmeFORaGoOdTime", Make sure the folder is called the same: "AdDmeFORaGoOdTime"

Just the default Fougerite ones load in on the start. "Anticheat" through "ServerTests".

Also my folders for my plugins are named the same.
