The problem is that all your users will most likely have all the same SteamID, So don't set yourself as master admin (/masteradmin).
just on every join do F1 -> rcon.login YourPasswordHere

You want to port forward ports 28015 & 28016 (28015 is probably all that is needed).
*28015 = the default port (Can change to another in your batch file (Start.bat))
Ok, so my server is running, everything working fine, I portforwarded... but:
1. How do I change my IP (e.g. "192.168.123.1:29015") to "mygamingserver.something:29015"?
2. How do I defend my server from being DDOS-ed, since people are going to know my IP?

1; Use something like http://www.noip.com/ to change your ip.
2; I think http://www.noip.com/ has some DdoS protection but they can still get your IP when connecting to the server. Not much you can do unless you buy a"Anti - DoS" box for like $800
