FAC? You have to download only EAC and BannedPeople (last version).
However in console fougerite.unban works perfectly, I use always that command. You need to check that you have Fougerite and all plugins to last version.
And you have to remove FAC.

But yes, fougerite.unban yourname in the console should do It.

If It doesn't you can still try:
fougerite.unban yoursteamid
fougerite.unban yourip

why remove FAC? I'm still hear when cheaters steel items with ceiling etc.

FAC is old anticheat, it's bugged and causes crashes. Now you need to use only EAC.
