Lag from rustbuster client side

yeap thats me again.
So alot of my server players ~80% suffers from CPU spikes and freezes them for 2-3 sec, ofcourse you think its server but no all is random for each individualy and spike base time depends on CPU power
If cpu 4 core 0 spikes
If cpu 2 core 2.4ghz ~2sec 2.1 ghz ~3sec

No error or anything from client side or server.
And something interesting that players dont get kicked just they get feeze screen, this problem is from long ago like 1.3 but this started to be longer and longer with new updates.
We tested that if client dont have rustbuster they dont get any CPU spikes and about ~10-15% less cpu usage

Players with strong cpu goes to play Experimental, players that cant play come here but its no hope to play with zero lag.

Will do some more tests with an old Q6600. This CPU is more than 8 years old and should be a good reference for stone age PCs. The freezing might happen during the screenshot process.

Why people try to play games with office pcs?

Just tested it with my Q6600 (Quad Core 2,4 GHZ) , with rust.exe running on 2 cores. There is a slight freeze of around 0.5 seconds when a screenshot is taken. But this is all. It is barely noticeable.

Running on 1 core = 1 second freeze

I use a resolution of 1280*720. Graphic Card: GTX 550 Ti. Lowest Rust Graphic settings and /fps mode. Average FPS >60 - 90
