Repeatedly raised this issue in the community of my server - I'll explain to you.

Recently I gather information on the build of the servers and learned that the server had to collect for 32bit system for windows which does not allow to take the server more than 2GB of RAM

Are you sure the max is 2GB?
Also X64 version should technically be better but I doubt you'd notice the difference if running the server locally
