For that you should create a plugin with a timeout to enter the password when the player spawn ... But ... Have you thought about creating a whitelist and thus only allow users that you want?

But .. Are you asking me to spend my time developing a plugin that is a whim of yours? Maybe I do not have time for that, I would spend hours doing it and try it and you maybe get bored of the plugin the second day of using it, believe me .. Your best bet is whitelist

The creation of something like this has to touch the game It self. I don't know if it worths diging that up.

People can make it, it's just no one wants to make it.
The only way I see is freeze the player when they join and make them do /password hello
And then unfreeze or they'll be kicked
