Problem In Server!

Hi!
I Wiped my server yesterday.today i see everu player can go to the water without any damage!!!(Something Like GodMode).but if you are admin,if u go to the water you will die!!this problem is exactly in fall damage bleeding!admins will bleeding and their Health will gonna lose but if one Player falls,He/She Will be Bleeding but His/her Health Is stay at 100(for example).
I Don't Know What i must to do exactly!if anyone can help please do it

I recommend that you follow these method to detect where the problem comes from:

Disable all plugins by sections, for example: Disable python plugins and check if it works ... If your bug still happens, then disable the magma, jint or c # plugins ... until you solve the problem.

This way it will be easier for you to know which is the plugin that causes that.

PS if you know some programming ... maybe ... the plugin that is giving you the error is any that is using the hook (On PlayerHurt) ??? Greetings and luck!!!
