One of my players has problem with connecting to all RustBuster Servers

Still Few players try to connect and color red error but after trying 5-10 times eventually they can join.

In Rust Buster (sometimes...) after the player tries to connect and the connection fails for any reason ... the player does not connect again ... impossible to connect again on any server... keep in infinite loop ... This is a bug that made me try everything for solve and I did not succeed. Lose players...

I will be taking a look at this. See if waiting 15 minutes solves the issue on RB 1.7.0 server.
