Rock houses and kits

Hello,
I need a plugin that blocks placing beds inside rocks, also if TP plugin blocked teleporting under or near rocks it would be perfect for glitch-block. Also I need a kits plugin for setting maximum usage of kits, for example starter kit can be used maximum 3 times without cooldown. Thank you.

Actually It wouldn't be good if you implement it into Fougerite. Some servers don't want to forbid rock houses. So If you can make glitch-fixes optional it would be perfect.

GlitchFix module already provides that lal.

Okay then, kits plugin is done. There is just glitch-fixes missing.
