Rust legacy Fougerite launches vanilla rust

I followed step by step of how to install Fougerite and plugins for it. After doing that it still launches vanilla rust server with no cmd's running.

I suspect it might be a bad server, could anyone give me link to a Rust server? 25 Feb

Or maybe bad version of Fougerite? I got latest one from original website.

Its the latest rust legacy server + Fougerite 1.3.5B (latest) + AuthAllow plugin (so that also cracked rust clients can connect)
