Rustbuster Automatic Server Updates

Just went away for about 3 days and seems there has been 13 updates to the rustbuster server that caused my clients not to connect.

At this state we may want to investigate creating an automated checker in the rust server or above the rust server that will check for newer versions from say github or something like that and then run the shutdown - download and then start the server back up.

I am sure a few people would like to see this happen.
