Mind checking it again?
You have a lot of players connecting then disconnecting with in a few seconds (This is why CountryBlackList is throwing On_PlayerConnect errors).
Go to your server.cfg and look for/add server.clienttimeout and set it to like 5 or something higher

Wat. Rly? We added Try Catch methods to properties to make sure to avoid any kind of exception.
