Sleepers disappear after server restart?

I was wondering if the sleeper get saved when the server is restarted?
For the it happened now the 2nd time after a restart that my sleeper got lost.

Pretty sure that has always happened on a restart.
The sleeper is fine, When you connect/wake up all your items will be there and wake up in your last location.
