An update to sleepy's TPMaster plugin for Magma, so it works in Fougerite's MagmaPlugin.

Fixed:
- Checks for owner names in Rust++'s userCache before going to the Steam API.
- Null ref exception when player with no tpfriends logs out

When i do /tps to search for structure i can't tp to it, and gives me this error.

I know about this bug. If you have not used /tps since booting the server, and you don't give an argument to it, instead of showing the list of saved tp locations, it bombs. That's because without an argument, it doesn't get to the code that loads the saved locations from ini file into DataStore.

The workaround for now is to give an argument: "/tps foo" should load your locations from the ini file, and show the list (or teleport you to "foo" if you have a location saved with that name). Once you have the ini loaded into DataStore, /tps alone works like you expect, and shows a list.

Still no luck, did /tps Antec it brought up the structure but still comes up with that error and can't tp to it.
