SpawnProtect - Protects the spawn area server PvP. Prevents players from building on the site or placing spikes.

This plugin protects the spawn area. If the server has a fixed spawn area (usually server PvP), it prevents players from building on the site or placing spikes. It will protect other players from dying as soon as they spawn.

The administrator can also protect any other area you want by placing the coordinates appropriately in the plugin.
