Solved Stuck on connecting loading screen

When I try to connect on server he stuck on connecting. Please can anoyone help me to fix that?
When I trgy to run RustBuster2016Verifyer there is an error in console. I will upload my screenshots and output logs. THANK YOU!

Read before you post..

The first image already tells you there is a version mismatch between the server and the client.

It means that the server is outdated.


And the verifyer has errors because your rust is running.
