You want to host a server but you are unaware of server ethics and advertisment norms?
Stop advertising on othe servers with links etc

yea they are all iranians and my server is a iran hosted server and because of the problem with serverlist i give the ip manually to iranians

I didn't ask for an explanation of why you did that, just avoid that irrelevant excuse too and act accordingly. Your server is in the server list for long, if your work is good there players will join, you don't go inside Mac D and Shout out to come to Burger King, you might get kicked out of Business as it brings bad name. Just act maturely. i have lifted your ban don't repeat that.
